Restoration Planting

Description: Get your hands dirty for a great cause! Join the Stewardship team from the Nature Trust of New Brunswick for a day of restorative tree planting and invasive species removal at one of our beautiful nature preserves featuring wetland or freshwater habitats.

This is a hands-on volunteer opportunity to contribute directly to habitat restoration and biodiversity conservation in your community. Whether you're a seasoned planter or trying it out for the first time, all skill levels are welcome—and no previous experience is needed. Nature Trust staff will provide guidance and support throughout the day.

What to bring:

  • Weather appropriate clothing and footwear

  • Water

  • Lunch (+ snacks)

  • Sunscreen

  • Gloves and shovel if possible (we will be providing some)
