Forest bathing

  • Margaret Coburn Cameron Woods Nature Preserve 203 Kee Road Keswick Ridge, NB, E6L 1V4 Canada (map)

Join us for a quiet Sunday morning forest bathing session at the Margaret (Coburn) Cameron Woods Nature Preserve!

Forest bathing is low-impact, slow-moving, and appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. Please be aware that although the practice is slow-paced, the terrain at the nature preserve is uneven and the trails are not wheelchair accessible.

You will be guided through a series of exercises that promote reflection and connection to yourself and the surrounding nature. What a wonderful way to greet the day!

Registration is required as space is limited.

What to bring:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Water

  • Anything that will make you feel comfortable sitting in nature (blanket, pillow, folding chair, etc.)

This event is a part of our Passport to Nature program.
