Join us for a quiet Sunday morning forest bathing session at the Seymour Woodlands Nature Preserve!
Forest bathing is low-impact, slow-moving, and appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. You will be guided through a series of exercises that promote reflection and connection to yourself and the surrounding nature. The session will close with a light herbal tea (please indicate if you have any allergies upon registration). What a wonderful way to greet the day!
Registration is required as space is limited.
What to bring:
Weather-appropriate clothing
Sunscreen and bug spray
Water
Anything that will make you feel comfortable sitting in nature (blanket, pillow, folding chair, etc.)
This event is a part of our Passport to Nature, a series of events connecting community with nature and the arts. Whether you are an avid outdoor explorer or new to New Brunswick nature, this event is perfect for you.
