The session will close with a light herbal tea (please indicate if you have any allergies upon registration). What a wonderful way to greet the day!

Registration is required as space is limited.

What to bring:

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Sunscreen and bug spray

  • Water

  • Anything that will make you feel comfortable sitting in nature (blanket, pillow, folding chair, etc.)
